I have a Martin 12 string acoustic I just had serviced at the shop. I am super happy with the results! It’s never sounded better and plays great! I highly recommend this luthier service.
Steve Mason was highly recommended. I'm so glad that I took an old family mandolin that's has been passed down a couple times. Not well taken care of.
After visiting Steve, it's now a definite family heirloom! He was super valuable in his recommendations. Very honest indeed. He pointed out what he recommended fixing and why. Also, educated me on what didn't. So that I didn't lose the vintage beauty! Everything tracked, I'm so glad I went to him for a consult prior to just dropping it off with a list off what I thought made sense. Can’t say enough about these guys! My 30 year old Gibson acoustic had the neck collapse. I thought it was unrepairable. They reset the neck, retraced the body, installed a new bone but and saddle, and refretted the guitar. It plays better than it ever has! There were no surprises. I was told exactly what would be done and they finished ahead of schedule. All my future work will be taken there!
