Salon Luna offers exceptional customer service with a friendly and knowledgeable staff. Shannon, in particular, is praised for her thorough consultations, taking time to explain the hair extension process and assess customers' hair needs. Clients appreciate her attention to detail, including perfect color blending without the need for dyeing. She is quick yet attentive, completing services like full highlights in under two hours. Overall, Salon Luna is highly recommended for those seeking a great salon experience and expert hair extensions.
I went to Shannon for the first time on the recommendation of a good friend. I had a perm and a bit of a cut/layering. Shannon is AMAZING! It is the best perm I have had in many, many years. The curl turned out beautiful and I LOVE my hair! She also did it in record time--normally I spend 4+ hours when I get a perm, and she was done in under 3! She saw me for a free initial consultation to discuss my hair and my desires. I couldn't be happier with what she's done. Honestly, I liked it so much I have become that weirdo customer that sends her selfies of my beautiful hair!!! :D I hope to be a customer for years to come!! THANK YOU, SHANNON!!!
Also, I'm not showing where it will let me upload photos to this review, so I'll try to upload them on the Photos page if you want to see!
