I am a 17 year old male and brand new to makeup and I was kinda nervous going into ulta because I was scared of the looks i might get and from the very start Grace was nothing but nice to me and the past 2 times I've been there they were so very helpful with recommending me products and i left feeling like my questions were really heard not just trying to sell me on expensive products and without asking told me why I need/want it and how it helps and really just went the extra mile. Not saying that the other employees arent nice and wont go the extra mile just Grace really deserves a shout out really wish I could rate more stars!!!!

I absolutely love going to Ulta to get my hair done. I use Kat P and she does an amazing job! My hair comes out perfect every time and I will not go anywhere else. It is always a warm and welcome environment and all of the staff are really friendly. They will help you if you have questions and give you advice if you need it! I highly recommend going there for anything beauty related! ❤️ 10/10 highly recommend ?
