Our sump pump quit and we called RotoRooter at 630am. By 8 am, Adam was at our door! He surveyed the situation and within an hour, had a new and better sump pump put in. They are also going to do some restoration work on carpet etc. and I’m sure they will provide the same professionalism!
Fabio was awesome. He worked so hard and he was working in a basement without much room to do so. Just when he was starting to finish up, it started raining and he was working in that, too. He did a great job and I would definitely ask for him the next time that I have a plumbing issue!
Over the years Roto Rooter has been very helpful in fixing issues with my old house’s plumbing, and today Patrick did a great job resolving a clog in the basement drain.
