Fridge had been loudly buzzing since defrosting. Called to schedule a repair visit & they (the owner, I think) diagnosed over the phone by looking up model # and hearing the sound it was making - explained relatively simple fix to me (but more complex than I ever would have figured out myself). I followed instructions & it solved the problem! I appreciate the help!

I had a warranty issue and the manufacturer wasn't being helpful. Price went out of their way to help me resolve the problem with my washer. They were also one of the few shops to even return my call.Service: Dishwasher repair
