Pleasant experience with a new staff we haven’t seen before, besides the nurse. It was a longer wait but we walked in and so many people sick right now. Thank you guys for taking care of my little one! This is a great alternative when you can’t get into primary Dr.
All staff members were very kind, considerate and understanding. They got me in quick for a possible double finger fracture and got me in and out pretty quickly. Even the front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. She gave me a couple ice packs the night before because their tech was out. Thanks again! Definitely recommend going here for any urgent care if you don’t need to go to the ER!
I’ve had great luck at NextCare. I’m thankful we have this as an alternative to the ER or the other urgent care place in Lawrence that is always packed or never has appointments. I’m grateful I didn’t have to go sit at the ER for 6 hours. Scheduling is a breeze. Check-in is easy. The staff is nice. I got great care from the male doc. I can’t remember his name.
