NextCare Urgent Care

I made an appointment day of (scheduled at 11 in the morning and was able to get in at 4). Front desk lady was very kind and patient. All of the physicians I interacted with was so kind and so personable. I got tested for Covid/Step/Flu and got my test results in under 10 minutes and left shortly after that. Very efficient urgent care and very kind staff. 100% recommend to everyone:)— edit after reviewing other reviews I want to preface I don’t interact with a Victoria so that’s probably why I had a good experience

The care we received at the center was top notch. We did have to wait quite awhile, but the staff was friendly and apologetic. However, when records needed to be sent on for the referral they dropped the ball and we had to wait 2 additional days to get into the orthopedic doctor due to records not being sent. I had to contact them twice to send them over.

I want to share my experience at this urgent care clinic. I came in with a chronic issue — recurring infections that have been troubling me for over 30 years. Here, they not only quickly tested me for strep throat, but for the first time, they were able to identify a possible cause of my long-standing problem.

The staff was very attentive, explained every step of the process, and provided clear recommendations. You can really feel that the doctors genuinely care about their patients and approach things professionally.
