The staff, including PAs and nurses, are praised for being friendly, fast, and attentive. PA Victoria, in particular, is noted for her kindness and ability to listen to patients' concerns. The clinic is clean and organized, with online check-in available. Patients appreciate the convenient alternative to emergency rooms, with knowledgeable doctors who take the time to ask important questions. The front desk receptionist is also recognized for her kindness and detail in explaining insurance matters. Came in with symptoms of strep and was given amoxicillin to help with tonsils. Infection cleared up after a couple of days but told me to stop taking amoxicillin because strep culture was negative. I now have symptoms of strep again because they told me to stop the amoxicillin. I wanted a full throat culture but they only ran basic strep tests.
I have had nothing but good experiences here. The PA, Jasmine, has a great bedside manner and explains conditions and medications thoroughly. It is close to my home which is an added plus and appointments and check-in can be completed ahead of time on your phone.
It was okay for very basic care but after I acquired a neuroimmune disease, their medical neglect and gaslighting set my care back by years. For example, I specifically asked for labs that were important for my symptoms, to rule things out /differential diagnosis and for them to refer me to the appropriate specialist. The nurse actually scoffed and refused to do so. She knew nothing about the condition I was dealing with and instead of listening to me, she wasted my time and prolonged suffering. Unacceptable.
