I am a Hospice nurse, helping family with chronic health issues. I have chronic back pain, stress and bad anxiety.When it was time to go I was able to sit up and get off the table (not roll off then stand which is my normal).Flexibilty increased dramatically in 90 minutes. Go deep as you can take it, breath through it and reap the benefits of Lucy's strong but petite hands!“
