You can gauge a company by how they treat you when you purchase small bill items. I am pleased to say i had a great experience with Mass Street music. I purchased a specialty item they didn't have in the store but, the vendors website showed them as an authorized dealer. I hadn't been there in years but, was excited to drive 45min to visit and place my order. Everyone was very kind and helpful. No one followed me around the store nor push me to buy a big tag item. Would i recommend you visit them? Absolutely!

Uber Exemplary Customer Experience!I've received nothing short of a stellar service from the MSM team every time! They have a deep understanding of customer needs and continue to go out of their way. Recently, I've had to return a pedal that failed to resonate with me and Brian and team couldn't have made it easier. Similarly, when one of my purchases didn't arrive on time due to USPS delays, Marney and Susan came to the rescue – pronto!

A great music store that sells all that a guitarist needs. And a top notch guitar repair team that does an awesome job on what you might need to make your instrument look and play better. Highly Recommended for any vintage guitar you might have an issue with. Also, you might find your dream instrument there. New or Vintage. I had a mighty fine time talking with the owner, Jim. You need to pay them a visit if you are in the area. Yes Sir !?
