I had a leaking hot water heater and no hot water and needed someone to come out ASAP. They made my job a priority, and did a great job. I called early in the morning and in fact called several companies early in the morning. This company actually had a human return my call quickly so that was the deciding factor on choice and I was very pleased with the outcome. Customer service matters.

This is the second time Trey at KPS has helped me out. The first time he fixed a water heater pipe in my basement and today he figured out and fixed the source of some leaking from my bathroom ceiling.
Both times he did a thorough job at a fair price and walked me through what he was doing which is nice cause I don’t know anything about plumbing!
And he was very patient with my dogs which is a big plus.
Would recommend to anybody and will contact him again the next time I need plumbing.
