We had an AMAZING experience with Scott and his guys. There was a bit of a delay with all of the rain we've had, but they managed to get us in before our house sold.
When they got here to install the new septic tank there was an unexpected (massive) hiccup. His guys went above and beyond to make it work. They busted their butts to get the job done! We can't recommend them enough.
Called to set up an appointment for cleaning. I was told they were pretty full and it would be next week, which wasn't a problem. They gave me a 4 hour window when they thought they would arrive and called when they were close that day. Chris was very thorough and explained everything he was doing. My septic system had been neglected and he explained what was happening each step of the way. Very happy with the result and will be using them in the future. Highly recommend.
