I don't know where to start. We had to switch to a conventional loan part way through and we still closed in 31 days. This is phenomenal since we are first time home-buyers and had no clue what we were doing, on top of the fact that underwriters are insanely busy right now. Hakan and Lexie and their team are ridiculously efficient and not slackers in the least. These are the people you want working for you, hands down! Especially if you are busy with a career and children, including having to homeschool during this pandemic. Not one of our friends had the good experience we had. My only advice is Guardian is on it so you need to be on it too and just trust your loan officer(s)!!!!
