Zach French is an outstanding representative for CLOUD both for customer service and technical effectiveness. Zach promptly returned my call for help close to Midnight (yes, CLOUD is truly 24/7 as advertised!), and showed up the following morning at 8 am, as promised. He diagnosed the issue readily with my air conditioner, repaired it immediately... then clearly explained the problem and how it was fixed. My experience with CLOUD was excellent because of Zach's competence and caring.

Cloud was available to work after hours and Zach, the technician was knowledgeable and very courteous. He knew immediately what the issue and had it fixed quickly. He was uo front on the costs for an after hours call. He offered great suggestions on how to care for the AC. I highly recommend Cloud and suggest you request Zach.
