I called on a Friday afternoon. I was quite surprised there was a cancellation for the next day!! I went in and both Sira and Lola were amazing! I absolutely love my twists!! I will be back for sure!!

I recently had my hair braided by Sira , she did a great job. It was my first time getting braids! Love my hair it is up to pony tail and cool for summer!! Thank you for making me feel comfortable during the process I was afraid it was going to hurt it did not just a bit sore the next day.

Went there twice now to get braids put in by the assistant not the manager. Waste of time and money. Literally didn’t make it a month and had a few braids come out. First time I went she didn’t grease my scalp or dip my braids at the end. My head was looking rough, I had to come back in and have the manager redo them. Second time I went, I thought it would be better because the assistant greased my scalp and dipped my braids at the end but 3 weeks later, a few braids came out again…If I ever go back then it’ll be because the manager is doing my hair. They need more staff.

I Recently had an appointment here and have had an appointment here for a week so why when I get there she has another person in the chair and her boss does not respond after I just got a ride over here this place is very unprofessional would recommend somewhere else

Went to the store and made an appointment with a lady that was at the register. Two weeks later, showed up for the appointment, and the same lady told me that the woman who was supposed to braid my hair wasn't there. I could tell by her expression that she hadn't actually scheduled me. Told me to call back that afternoon and I could get in then. I never went back.
