I truly can't explain in detail how terrible my experience with Appliance Shark has been. Everything and I mean everything was absoilutely terrible. For what they charge to fix your appliance it would be easier and wiser to just go out and buy a new unit. I have never in all my years been so completely and utterly disgusted with a repair tech, as I was with Appliance Shark. Rude doesn't begin to characterize his attitude. This experience was so bad it makes me leery to ever trust an on-line service again. I called the Lawrence local repair choices, but everyone was booked, and I was under a deadline with family coming to town so I rolled the dice. How I wish now I never had! Please learn from my experience, and never use Appliance Shark for anything. If I had the time available I would have used Stoneback's Appliance at 9th and Iowa who have always been fair and honest. I can only hope others learn from my mistake.

Sean went above and beyond to fix our fridge! Finding someone to work on sub zeros is hard, and he did a great job. He even finagled a part to work until the right part could come in stock. Can’t recommend enough!

Called about a simple washing machine repair 5 minutes outside of town. A lifeless lady told me they wouldn't travel out of town. Then went into a with a 2-minute spiel about how service charges for travel might be expensive. Even though they won't travel.😑 Not helpful at all.

Sean came and fixed the washer in my apartment. Sean worked very fast, was extremely polite, and really listened to me. Sean also fixed my lamp, which was so unexpected and extraordinarily kind. I definitely recommend!

Appliance Shark was great! They kept me informed of the upcoming appointment. Sean (the tech) diagnosed and fixed the issue with the washing machine quickly. Plus he was very professional and friendly. The entire experience was far above typical appliance service calls. Will definitely call them for future appliance repairs.

Appliance Shark took care of replacing the compressor on my 6 year old LG refrigerator with French doors and a bottom freezer. LG has an extended 10 year warranty on failed compressors and I paid for the labor provided by Sean and his associate, Joey from Appliance Shark. Absolutely professional crew and I highly recommend this team.

Wayne was a super nice guy, but he didn’t even touch my washer. I explained the problem and he said it was the control panel, without doing any other diagnostics. Now my washer continues to fill with water despite it being completely unplugged, and the control panel is working. This could’ve been done through a phone call and not a $100+ appointment.
