“I was referred to critter control kc by 2 different pest control companies, speaking highly of them. My experience unfortunately has not been anything short of frustrating. Ads for exclusion services/removal experts...senior tech sent out, was unsure what exclusions were needed and reported rats. Required multiple call ins to track down follow up services, he refused to do repairs/sealing so they sent a 2nd senior tech who claimed "i think you are imagining a problem that isnt the situation" undermining my concern. Claimed no rats and possibly a few mice (yet burrow holes all along foundation). Wrote up a bid for minimal exclusions, including parts priced at 4 times the cost of supplies if purchased at home depot. I requested modifications to the bid, and never was responded to again by technician. 3 calls into office, still cannot get these folks to do more than bait some traps. Exclusion services is Not something they are interested in doing, nor do they have an expert with knowledge of inspection determined needs. A waste of hundreds of dollars, over a month of waiting. Still incomplete! I see free estimates advertised, yet I paid $199 for my initial estimate?“

“Ryan Lawn and tree aerated and over seeded my lawn today. They did a great job! This is the 1st company I've used who treated the mulch around the trees and in the beds so that the seed would not take in those areas. Mason is the best in communicating the watering program to maintain as the new grass is coming up. He also answers my texts quickly. I highly recommend Ryan Lawn for your lawn needs.“
