We appreciate Frank and the excellent service we receive from Saela. Frank texts us before arriving to appointments, is on-time, and does a thorough job of application. He also lets us know when the service is complete (we have small dogs). Our home abuts a tree line; however, we rarely see a spider or any other insects in our home. The quarterly barrier treatment works extremely well! Saela also helped us tackle a field mouse problem on our backyard patio - no more mice, either!

The technician was very prompt and thorough. While completing a requested service, he diagnosed another job that left undone, was dangerous. No one had notified me before though numerous jobs around this location had been completed in the past. I am very appreciative of this and the work was completed the next day. Thank you, Chris!
