This place is exactly why we don't judge books by their covers... The whole experience was great the girls at the front were fast the check in process easy the nurse was easy to talk to the NP I seen was the nicest person listened to all of my concerns treated each one as important as I feel they are which usually doctors tend to dismiss your concerns these days and never once did I feel like my worries were silly and then the lady that took my blood was amazing as well my appointment was at 2pm and I was done and heading home by 3:30pm which is pretty good being this wasy 1st appointment so I had all that paperwork and blood work anyways Im absolutely impressed 😁
This clinic has provided exceptional service all around. The medical doctors work with you compassionately to ensure they understand the best steps forward and communicate that with you clearly. The staff has been absolutely wonderful and work collectively to address your needs and help in any way they can. This team is solutions driven, making you feel cared for at every turn. The on-site pharmacy is an added convenience with technicians ready to assist. When you call this office to schedule a regular visit, to get help with a sudden medical need, or even an insurance hiccup, you are sure to get the help you need by a team that cares!
I like vibrant health, they manage to fit all my healthcare needs because health is important. They have a few locations that make it more convenient to get to in certain areas, they offer dental and behavioral health as well as pediatrics. They also offer transportation to and from apts. Only thing I dnt like is sometimes when you call your on hold or no one answers at all, an it's only one main number except for the pharmacy, when they should have different numbers for different locations. Other then that it's pretty awesome...
