Kannon came out to inspect our AC which was not blowing cold. He was professional courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain the issues with my unit. He gave multiple options and explained the needs behind his recommendations.
The A1 Team is fantastic! Worked with several of the admin support and technicians and everyone is so great. Very polite, communication is excellent and the work completed is what you would expect and they delivered. This was just not for one call but several calls. I would highly recommend them.
