I had an appointment with Dr. Dan Winter a couple of weeks ago and Dan’s dental assistant, Brooke is truly amazing. She was very knowledgeable and professional during the exam. Her caring personality puts patients at ease. She was very delightful and pleasant. I can tell she is extremely smart and able to follow any and all directions. She is one person this clinic could ill afford to lose !! Please pass this text on too this young lady !! Great job!!

Nasty customer service. Not all but the front desk needs help with communication skills. Either the person was having a bad day or they were just being nasty. I will not come back to this place...even though my review won't change anything...I will definitely tell ppl I know not to do business here...I truly wonder why Ai is going to take over. Also, trying to get an appointment there is crazy. The wait is long..and I have to call to keep my appointment....this is truly crazy. Hopefully anyone who reads this will take their business to other dentist in the Manhattan ks area...this place is not my cup of tea.
And the dentist are ok. Not the greatest.
Also, I see that this place doesn't care about the complaints with the customer service at the dental side...nothing has changed and these complaints been going on for more then 2 months. Yeah I will tell others don't do service here. Management doesn't care apparently!

I don't understand why they hire young girls with nasty attitudes on the dental side for the front desk😕.. they should be janitors😒. I'm glad my mother raised me better. We don't live or sleep with you at night, so the attitude should be left at the door step when going into Konza for work🙏🏼

Konza Dental. Dentist is Good. Can't get appointments when needed or for regular dental work, Desk staff is often rude.

Dr Winter not only does a great job he cares and explains what he does as he's doing work on your mouth he makes sure your well taken care of and knows how to deal with patients that has extreme anxiety. He's the best there is and I'm very thankful for him I no longer have fear as bad as i did on my procedures because I know I have him now and I'm in the best care. Thanks again Dr Winter for being you!!!!

after being called in the middle of christmas dinner to remind me of an appointment, i informed them i do not want the excess reminders of appointments. i told them that at my age i take responsibility for confirming appointments ahead of time. not only have they not respected my request by calling again,..they called me again 5 minutes later to push upon the information they had already pushed on me. i kept telling the lady i was in the middle of phone calls but she kept pushing ahead and not listening. she also got mad at me because i was mad that i wasn't being listened to. i hate to give this rating...but it is based on the front office staff experience and not my actual experience with the dentist and his staff (which so far has been great). doctors offices have got to quit with all the excessive appointment reminders and pay more attention to the other aspects...like getting prescriptions called in in an accurate and timely manner.

They were extremely overscheduled. I spent over an hour just sitting in the chair while one dentist was catching up on all the other patients before me. I also originally scheduled in the Manhattan office but they rescheduled me here which was also very inconvenient. Aside from losing a couple hours of my day the dentist and clinic were mostly okay.

The staff are always so kind and professional. They make every visit feel comfortable and I feel they also listen really well to any and all of my concerns. From my doctor (Cshandar Lamb)to my dentist (Dr. Ballingham) and the rest of the staff; I am very pleased and will more than likely stick to this place for the rest of my time.
