All of the offices we called were insanely busy even at 8am. A noticeable difference at Flint Hills was a higher level of professionalism and calmness while on the phone with the receptionist than I experienced during other phone calls that day. The vet tech draped our cat carrier with a towel scented with a calming pheromone that really helped calm our cat's distress and was very gentle and capable. The doctor was amazing, quick but thorough. They made it easy to arrange for further care while we were gone by noting our house sitters contact info and pre authorizing care. I feel very fortunate that it worked out this way, and Flint Hills is exactly where our sweet kitty will continue getting the best of care.“
