Brought my grandmother to Embrace for a consult. My grandmother is going through chemo, and wanted the basic information and learning tools on how to care for a wig. Stylist Ki was so patient and answered all our questions. This is already a difficult time for my grandmother, but watching her walk out of her appointment feeling good about these next steps in her journey gave me so much relief. Can’t thank this salon enough for taking the time to chat with her.
I was happy I was able to get an appointment that fitted my schedule and there wasn't a long wait time to be booked in.
I appreciated the reminders that were sent prior to my hair day. My stylist - Erica kept time and I was done when they said I was going to be.
The salon is easy to find too.
The prices were fair and not as expensive as I always assumed.
I am happy to announce- I have found my go to place for a silk and trim ^^. Salon-hopping is nit an easy task.
The customer service is great - little snack bars and the follow up email to appreciate me coming in is really sweet.
