Staff is super friendly. Clean office with nice play area for kids. Everytime we go they get us through so fast! Doctor does fast work even on tougher kids who cry like mine did lol.
genuinely traumatized me when i was a little girl, they got mad at me for crying and for laughing.
when I cracked a tooth and it had to be pulled out.. they didn’t give me enough numbing and i cried and cried and ended up passing out, did not wake up until it was time for school the next day.
I wish i was being dramatic about this, but i am not. no child should go through that.
I've taken our now 10yr old son here since 2016ish with no problems, our older daughter has been seen here for almost as long and loves the office.
All the kids go back by themselves confidently.
Our younger son is 3 and has had his first three visits here with no trouble. The staff is amazing at what they do.
The team is also very good at communicating with us for fillings, concerns or planning ahead for the next visit.
I've always had nice staff to communicate with and Dr Kricket has always been kind also.
