I’m soo grateful for the reviews that I’ve been able to read. I feel as though I’ve been saved from a nightmare. I was looking for a dentist near the college for my son who is not from the area and this was the closest one according to google. The reviews are so detailed that I felt like I experienced the moment. I wish more dentists in this area would advertise so that parents of college students could check them out and choose a reputable company.
I strongly dislike giving negative reviews to businesses unless it is earned.
During our visit one employee, we will call them D for anonymity, restrained my child while attempting to capture X-ray images.
When doctor came in, I had a very upset 7 year old (who was yelled at…I corrected her and told her again she needed to use a calm voice when talking to my child), and Dr. Kricket was brash, abrupt, and drove on completing her oral evaluation while my daughter screamed with discomfort.
She told her things she said hurt didn’t. And if they did she was in biiiiiig trouble. (She stabbed her in the gums and they were bleeding…).

Be careful this place convinces you to allow your kids to go back alone, only to find out they are restraining children, keeping them in rooms to play toys so they don’t look like they have been crying before bringing them back to you only to say they did great.
