I had a wonderful experience here! I was coming in from Wichita for an emergency appointment because my dentist could not get me in. The front desk staff here are very caring and professional. The tech, still learning, she was so kind and if she didn't have an answer she definitely went and found out! I admire that quality in people. The Dr., he was phenomenal with an excellent bed side manner! I had to call the on call emergency line due to some severe adverse reactions to the antibiotics I was on. It did not take long for a Dr to call me back. The next day they was calling to check on me to see how I was doing. They also got a referral in for me as well! The empathy the show here is fantastic! They really care! Excellent place! Definitely the place to go for someone who has dental anxiety! Thank you Aspen Dental!
This was my first time there and everyone is so nice. They weren't pushy at all. Im having all of my extractions and cleanings by my regular dentist. They didn't force me into doing everything at their clinic. Clean rooms and lobby. So far so good.
