I cannot express enough how absolutely fantastic our experience with Phoenix Restoration was! In the midst of the bustling Christmas week at our salon, disaster struck with a washing machine malfunction causing a sudden flood. Phoenix Restoration swooped in and went to work! The best around top to bottom, quality work takes time and the way that they manage to get the job done in a timely manner, all while communicating across all platforms, top notch business. Came in and extracted water from my basement, took all the carpet and pad out, didn't leave a drop. Cut the sheetrock, tore out my bar, and made sure that they didn't leave a single screw on the floor. Even had them clean my air ducts and carpets on the way out. Everyone was very pleasant to interact with and they all give you the best all-around midwestern personality. Highly recommend them over anyone else.
