They take pride in caring for our fur-babies, and always ensure a hassle-free experience. Everything from making appointments, checking in, quality time with the docs and staff, getting medicines/vaccines/high quality pet foods, surgery, dental care, and grooming just go smooth ... every single time. They are fantastic at alerting us to rebates and discount offers, and their billing process is transparent, fair and honest. Visits to their clinic are like hanging out with friends who just happen to know A LOT about what is good for our animals, while caring about us humans in equal measure. Yes and no. Wasn’t treated with respect in my recent ER experience. Very sad and disappointed I do like Nancy bosse and Vanessa. They have been wonderful to me

I agree with Hope. Don’t let one review fool you. The team is great. We have had a system for 22years. Saved us a lot of money and no outside noise. We have a warm house in winter and very cool in summer, at 1/2 the monthly cost of neighbors.

I can't say enough great things about the staff here. Our dog started having seizures out of the blue last night. We called the emergency number and the on call vet met us there within 20 minutes and helped us carry our 100 lb dog into the clinic and took such great care of her. She was so caring and let us know everything she wad doing. After all was done and our dog was no longer having seizures, it didn't cost us an arm and a leg for services.
Rita was a great help in getting us materials to repair our building assembled in 1971. We look forward to meeting Jordan to discuss replacing the doors.
