My elderly mother has a vision issue and placed her bill among other things. Several months later it was discovered. We called Bell and apologized explained circumstances and paid bill immediately. Best part was Bell assured us my mother could still get services if needed. What a relief. Wonderful customer service!!!!Service: Toilet repair
