Do NOT let the bad reviews fool you! We are so incredibly thankful for the team at Ground Source for the work they did! First of all, we had several geothermal companies come to our house for quotes. Tim was so knowledgeable, kind, and understanding to our specific needs because we were putting geothermal into a 25+ year old home. He was very open and honest about letting us know all the different ways install would/could go and answered tons of questions. Even after when we still had questions, Ground Source got back to us quickly and once again answered everything with clarity and detail. It was a no-brainer for us to go with Ground Source. We are huge fans of Ground Source! We have an older geothermal unit that is no longer manufactured, and Ground Source has helped us fix it several times. They also went the extra mile to find parts and get them here in time to fix our unit before a family gathering. Thank goodness for Ground Source!
