Norris was quick to respond to my message requesting service and had a technician out within 1-2 hours of my call. Everything was completed as expected and no mess was left on site.
Central air unit quit working, figured it was the capacitor but was not sure. In a nutshell these guys came out around 8 am and had my unit pumping freon by 8:15. I actually guessed right on the capacitor (got lucky lol) but these guys are top notch! Plus when they know you need them in a hurry they come quick, as in the need to redefine the word haste! Like I'd give them 10 stars if possible. THANK YOU! I tried calling amana with no help also, which is the manufacturer of my model. All I can say is if your in the Fort Scott area these guys would be my first call!
A huge shout out to Matt at Norris Heating and AC. I called and left a message at 1115, got a return call by 115 and my heat warming my house by 215. Great work and very kind! My unit has been out of commission for over a month. So thankful for Norris Heating and Air and Matt's knowledge!!!!
