I'll say this the salon is clean and I love the polish is leaping bunny cerifed and 10free. However, the girl i had doing my mani/pedi is why I gave it a 3. Lisa was nice but she was more interested in what other techs and customers where talking about and would offen stop completing to listen and/or comment on their conversation. I got the shellic or gell polish and one nail is already chipping (4 days of wear) and one name, she didn't paint one side at all. I'm gonna try ine more time with a different tech and see .

TLDR; schedule with WHITNEY MOORE if you want peace!

I had my first visit to Hoopla Nail Salon and was scheduled with Whitney Moore, and it was such a wonderful experience. As a busy working mom, I sometimes dread beauty appointments because constant small talk can feel a little draining.

Whitney was the perfect balance of warm and friendly while still creating a calm, peaceful environment. I truly appreciated the relaxing hour where I could just unwind without feeling pressured to keep up conversation.

She also did a beautiful job on my nails. I would highly recommend Whitney to anyone looking for a peaceful, relaxing nail appointment!

I haven’t been back to this location for nail services in a few years due to not being satisfied the last time, so I decided to give it another try. I had 3 in our party and unfortunately my experience wasn’t better. Two of the techs were friendly and did a nice job, but the gal working on my pedi was clearly not happy with her job, not customer friendly, and gave me the worst pedicure I have ever received. I’ll look elsewhere again next time. Especially at the price charged.
