I have been going to Hoopla for almost 3 years now. Thanks to Asley, I have regained sensations to the bottom of my feet. May not seem like a big deal but I am a diabetic and it is a BIG deal. Thank you, Ashley!!Services: Pedicure

I had a Pedicure and extended massage with Selena. She did a great job! The seating was not very comfortable- I wish there were massage chairs to sit in. The extended leg massage was definitely worth an extra $10. The tub cleaners are still very strong smelling which bothered me. I'd probably visit somewhere else in the future but this trip was fine and my toes look good!Service: Pedicure

Shame on Hoopla Studio in Fairway. I understand there is a cancellation fee but my appointment was for noon on a Sunday - that is when they open. I awoke very sick that day and was not able to give them a 5 hour window for my cancellation, so I was charged a fee. I called about the fee, and asked them if they really wanted me to come in sick knowing that I could have had COVID, the flu, or something else. I even was willing to bring in my prescription to prove I was sick. I was told the manager would call me back which never happened. So disappointed in their poor customer relations.
