I want to give a huge shout out to Nurse Gladius at Family Health in Derby! ?She is a complete rock star! ?I always enjoy the little time I have with Gladius. Whether it's in the office or over the phone. She always makes me smile and giggle when she knows I'm having a hard Rheumatoid Arthritis day, week or even month. Please, please let her know how much we appreciate her and all she does for Dr. Record's & Miranda's patients. Visits wouldn't be the same in that office if is she wasn't there ready to serve the community.We appreciate you Gladius!! ?

Dr Miranda is wonderful. However the amount of time I've wasted with family health center is quite ridiculous. They always take forever to return calls and more often than not you get voicemail. Appointments typically start 45 min to an hour after they are scheduled even if you are early. I have never had a smooth referral to another office.
