There urgent care hours will say they are open and even the phone system says they are open and they will close early. I like the staff and physicians but it’s so frustrating when you have sick kids and your office closes early.

Went to their immediate care side - after being rejected at several of Wichita' s immediate cares ... Because it was too late and they had too many patients. This place was quick doctor was very good with my Son, and everyone is so friendly. They have a lab onsite, so they give you results right away.. will not waste my time anymore going to other places .

In my experience it’s a pretty good office if you are a mostly healthy uncomplicated adult. Don’t recommend for kids. The staff seems pretty unfamiliar with care of kids. For example vacinations and obtaining proper height/weight. Staff is pretty typical. Can’t say they are super efficient or very friendly. So far they haven’t been rude I guess. They do have lab work and pharmacy with urgent care hours all at the same location which is nice
