I went to Katy while I was pregnant with my first baby and then during postpartum.It was an amazing experience that no doubt helped me deliver my baby safely and quickly, and helped my postpartum recovery to be successful with no issues. I know every pregnancy and recovery is different, but I truly believe that because of Katy's knowledge and kindness I had the ability and confidence to enjoy the journey and thrive.She truly cares about her clients and creates a safe space to heal. If you're thinking about pelvic floor therapy, just do it! It's so worth it!

I saw Katy with my fifth pregnancy. This was my first time utilizing PT while pregnant. What a game changer! I was more active and physically strong for this pregnancy than any before. The aches and pains of late pregnancy were minimal and when I did have them, she gave me the tools I needed to work through them. Highly recommend Katy above others, as she is so warm and welcoming. You don’t feel like you’re at a typical doctor’s appointment, more like just visiting with a friend.

Katy is a phenomenal Physical therapist who specializes in women's health and pelvic floor Physical therapy. She is great about providing individualized care specific to the current needs of your body as well as focusing on any particular concerns and providing tips to help with that as well. As a nurse, FertilityCare Practitioner, and a mom who has had 6 vaginally delivered babies, I highly recommend her!
