“I can't say enough about ALL the people at Service HQ!! It was a true rollercoaster ride full of many challenges yet each and every employee was SO good to me and a pleasure to work with!!
From my first phone call to Kena, letting her know I had NO HEAT at all, to Steve and his consecutive visits 2 days in a row, to Casey, the General Mgr's very helpful visit, to Pepper coming to install a brand new furnace, to Pepper and Ruben's final visit to totally re-do my exhaust flue!
See why I said it was a rollercoaster ride? LOL
They were all so helpful, respectful, attended to details, cleaned up after themselves, provided intelligent explanations as we went along and did an absolutely EXCELLENT job!!
If you're going to have a crisis with your furnace when the temperature is 19 degrees at night......you can't find a better TEAM of FANTASTIC PEOPLE!! I appreciate each and every one of you and thank God for you all. Merry Christmas~“
