Our air conditioning quit on a very hot day. Thank goodness for Don's Heating & Air Conditioning. All office staff, Anne, and technicians Luke and Drue, were excellent in their respective fields. After we called, Anne dispatched technicians and within one hour Luke and Drue arrived. They explained why our air conditioner quit, and answered our questions . All the employees were polite, empathetic, reliable and knowledgeable. Don's Heating & Air Conditioning is a very successful business because of their outstanding employees.
