“Out house was built in 1961. Both outdoor faucets contained original antique systems and when they started to leak, despite everything we tried, we couldn't stop it. We had to turn off the water completely. Josh came out the next day, assessed the situation, told us to kick back and relax, and began a non-stop up-and-down stairs job. He was out back, then around to the front, then back down the steps, and so forth. He had to leave to get another part (didn't charge us for the time) and soon was finished. Turns out the back pipe was brass and had frozen last winter, just a small leak now but we're lucky it didn't explode into something bigger. He was professional, answered my questions, even petted the cats. VERY reasonable price to fix. It is such a relief to have this fixed! We have found our plumbers. Thank you!!”
