We contracted with APEX in March 2026. Sales representative came to our house and gave a thorough demonstration of the window quality vs others.
Communication updates on the production process were timely.
Window protection was completed when promised. Installation was arranged at my convenience.
Installation began the week of August 17.
Installers arrived at the time promised.
The two guys worked very efficiently. They were very respectful of my request to protect the landscaping as well as no shoes worn in the home. The completed the 29 window project in 3 1/2 days.
Post install, we immediately noticed outside noise reduction.

Great windows. Even better service. Price was competitive with mid-range windows, but you get supreme, top-end performance.
From the beginning, working with Adam in Sales to obtain our quote and placing our order for all new windows, to working with the customer service team who kept us up to date on the production process of our windows, to the superior installation done by Bill & Jerry, has been counter to the stereotypical experience you normally receive when handling larger home remodel endeavors.
