Eric and Bailey did an amazing job, going above and beyond expectations with polite, quality service and a great work ethic. Installers also fixed spacing issues and installed vinyl in a three seasons room. As a first time home buyer, home renovations can be stressful and very expensive. Working with the Carpet Depot team was the exact opposite. Everything from designing, picking out the exact flooring I wanted (with free samples to take home), measurements, quoting, and full installation. It was all a breeze, and was completed weeks earlier than expected during the holiday season. They provided great deals on US made products. I know my flooring will last awhile but if I ever decide to change it or move they will be my go to.
I first hired Carpet Depot several years ago to put new flooring in my living room. Judy’s advice helped me with choosing a wider plank that looked good. A few years passed and I was ready to invest in expanding that flooring into the kitchen. Judy worked to get those same planks that were now discontinued.
The new planks were placed in the kitchen by Bailey. He also fixed a spacing issue with the original planks. He also put vinyl in my 3 seasons room. He did a good job.
Thanks to the continuing work of Carpet Depot my first floor is coming together nicely.
