Highly recommend J Lane, and more specifically, working with Chloe! We recently purchased a new home and wanted something quickly. I went in to the store on a Thursday - Chloe was able to show me their in-stock options, measure the space, and get us on the calendar for installation. Everything was finished by the following Tuesday and we couldn’t be happier. This is the second home we’ve used J Lane for, and even though it’s been years, the team remembered our preferences and helped us select the perfect option for our new home. We recently remodeled our home and used J Lane for all of our flooring. Jennifer helped us pick all of it and she did an amazing job helping us through the process. We are very pleased with all of our flooring and would recommend her any time.
