I've already written a great review of how happy my husband and I are with the service(s) our dog has had and how our dog eagerly walks through the door despite her clearly not liking shots, etc.
Personally, everyone we encounter is friendly and the reception area is nicer than most vet places -- well-sized with comfortable seats. Any questions we've asked of any one working there are always answered immediately or promptly followed up. My husband and I are both really happy -- we often comment on our way home how glad we are we found Fox Ridge.
Where to begin… My sons’ cat was ill and had to be put to rest. A few months later got a phone call about a kitty who was needing a home and thought about my son. Healed my son’s heart with his new friend. Saved my service dogs life when U of I in Champaign wanted to put Willow to rest cause they didn’t know what was wrong with her breathing. Willow today is doing 100x better thanks to Dr. Summit and her staff. Recently educated me about UTI in cats. Chase is getting better after his visit to Dr. Summit. Highly recommend Fox Ridge for any of your pets needs. They all have been so kind and understanding. You can tell they love animals.
My cat got very sick and Lafayette Vets refused her. Fox Ridge took her last minute and after hours! They took great care of her and saved her. I am beyond grateful for them. The staff and the vet are extremely personable and friendly. The prices are fantastic as well! Definitely making this our prime vet!
