Chris at Top Quality Aire was at my house and had a diagnosis and estimate in no time at all. He made everything easy to understand and really worked around our schedule to get the job done as soon as possible. My wife is 7 months pregnant, so the ac going out was an emergency to say the least. We ended up going with a whole new system at a fair price, relocated the outside unit, new duct under our house and wired the thermostat correctly within just a couple days. With the amount of work done, there were a couple things that needed tweaked a day or two later and he showed up without hesitation to make adjustments. Best place to do business with. I arrived 7 pm for 8am appointment. They let me sleep right at the dock. Checked in at 8 am I was loaded and out by 8:30 am . Very nice and polite people!
