“Dr. Katrina changed my life. I cannot recommend her enough! After suffering with SPD pain 6+ months post partum with my 3rd baby my doctor recommended I try physical therapy or get an X-ray for potential surgery to realign my pelvis. My chiropractor recommended Thrive Indy Pelvic Health and Wellness and MY LIFE CHANGED. In less than 6 appointments I went from waking up every hour due to SPD pain, to sleeping through the night (or at least until my baby woke up) without any pain.
