Bonterra is a townhome community that I think could change some buyers’ minds about townhome living. The layouts M/I Homes offers here are surprisingly spacious, with 2-car garages and enough room that they feel much closer to a traditional home without as much exterior maintenance.

What I really like, though, is what’s around the neighborhood. You have direct access to the Midland Trace Trail, so you can bike or walk toward Downtown Westfield, plus there’s a community lake, green space, and a dog park.

Susie was the absolutely BEST, Brad too. It felt more like hanging with old friends. Very knowledgeable, kind and understanding. All the MI staff were amazing Vicki, Arelyy and even Denise from the title company were so awesome. I'm forever grateful 🙏. Oh and this community is so beautiful! All of our neighbors are so kind and welcoming. The dog park is HUGE hopefully more amenities will come soon, but we have a direct access to Midland trail and we sit in between Meijer and Kroger. SO BLESSED!!
