Just closed on our new home in the Kimblewick community and couldn’t be any happier! From our interactions with Amy Wheeler (sales agent) through Abby McNabb (design selection) and Ethan Rollins (site manager) everyone and everything went smoothly. We were kept informed throughout. From start to finish I was informed and pleased! As a single over 55 year old, I was reluctant to trust the process. I waited four years and as I continued to visit Del Webb Kimblewick, I decided it was time to commit.
Kevin Kohls was excellent in answering questions about several scenarios for a build.
After deciding, my build process was easy due to an excellent Construction Manager, Ethan Rollins and his associate Josiah. I was informed and all questions along the way were always answered in a timely manner. For my pre-drywall walk through I hired an outside inspector who found one or two small imperfections. We just completed our 1 year inspection with only a few minor adjustments. We could not be more delighted with our new home. We thoroughly enjoy the convenient location near the 146th St. and Towne Road corridors, the amenities, and the neighborhood. We couldn’t have hand picked a better Construction Manager than Michael or a better Customer Care Manager than Cameron. They are both excellent communicators, knowledgeable in their craft, pleasant in personality, punctual, effective, honest, caring and go above and beyond expectations to meet our needs. Michael and Cameron are excellent Ambassadors for the Pulte Homes/Del Webb brand.
