“Okay so I wanted bangs for the first time in my life at 32 years old. I call the number on google, spoke with Alexa, and told her I had a big forehead with a thin widows peak. She told me to send an inspo pic and she would send it out to see who could do it. From that conversation I was hooked and didn’t bother calling around anywhere else! She texted me back and sent me the booking link for Litzy. Litzy was personable, she was kind, she took her time! When I say I was terrified to get bangs, it’s an understatement. I can’t get over the change and the confidence I feel. I did not think my inspo pic was going to be as achievable as she made it. I was very self conscious with my thin hair and big forehead lol and I really emphasized that to the owner. This is probably the longest review I’ve ever made but I just can’t say enough how amazing that phone call was and litzys skills are. I will recommend the common room to anyone. Unfortunately, I don’t have social media or id be sharing the common room with everyone. Thank you Litzy for everything! Alexa thank you for the amazing phone hospitality and how much you cared when I brought my concerns. Your hospitality on the phone gave me so much hope!
