Every review is true and Kathy is a gem. I am of Asian descent and used to have full, thick, and long hair. Due to aging and other factors, my hair has thinned and showing signs of hair loss. Thanks to all the posted photos and encouraging reviews, very glad I took a leap of faith as Kathy outperformed a fantastic hair cut that minimized the hair loss line. So hard to find and retain a knowledgeable, professional, and courteous hair stylist. Love the atmosphere, cozy feel, and privacy. Love how Kathy spends time to discuss and get to know me, my hair needs, and massaged my scalp. She is very polite and respectful. LN

New to the area and I was looking at google reviews and found Kathy’s reviews to be stellar, so thought I would give her a try. Amazed at how accurate the reviews were! Kathy was great from her initial response time to the actual day of services, everything was absolutely great.
