“I had a tree fall in a recent storm and take out all of my power lines, so I needed an electrician to fix my riser and get everything ready for the power company to hook back up the overhead lines. Given the storm and so many without power, I expected to have to wait for days to get this done, but they were able to schedule it for the very next day. They had me send a picture ahead of time to have an idea what they were working with, communicated promptly when they needed to delay a bit due to weather and got the job done even despite the wind and rain.
