“so I was a victim of the August 11th storm here in Gary, Indiana. I have not had power since August 11th and today is now September 4th. yesterday, September 3rd I came across an electrician by word of mouth from my neighbor who had used his services, hired him to replace the weatherhead and he did for $900. so I was excited to call NIPSCO to have my services reconnected. I called at 7:02 this morning and by 10:00 this morning someone was out and it was the p&g electrical out of Michigan. the guys went above and beyond the call of duty when it came to taking care of my yard. hanging those wires that need to be reconnected and setting things up so that I could be reconnected only to find out that the electrician had faulty wired the weatherhead. they were sad to say that I had could not be turned back on due to that fact. I contacted the electrician and he took about an hour to come out and in the meantime p&g electrical returned and with their supervisor attempted to assist me at getting my power back on. it has already been 23- 24 days. One more thing, the gentleman got the power back on and besides my life being spared from the storm, the most precious thing and the most beautiful thing that happened to me today was p&g electrical came and got my power restored. I want to say they showed up and showed out. I am so appreciative to those guys. a big shout out to them. they are the best”
