The owner, Justin Mercer, is a great person and company to hire! My mom, who is in her mid 80’s, had a sewer line break in her 62 year old homes crawl space. Justin came out and gave us a very fair estimate and was able to do the work within a few weeks. He went above and beyond to make sure her problem was completely fixed. He and his crew were very respectful to my mother and myself. There was an opportunity for him to do more work but he honestly explained that it wasn’t something we had to do right now. Justin was great to work with. One of my kids flushed something down the toilet that they weren't suppose to. Unfortunately I didn't have much information to give him about what it was but he came out in a timely manner and tried EVERYTHING! After review, he explained that it would be more cost effective to just replace the toilet. So he did. I've never been more satisfied.Service: Toilet installation
