Excellent service on my water heater maintenance! Carter Plumbing always shows up on time, fixes things right the first time, and checks back to make sure everything is working correctly. First rate!!!
The technician was very polite just walking through the door. He explained everything he was going to do as well as what he did and the price they charged was much lower than Summer plumbing. Carter will stay as my plumbing company.
Carter’s My Plumber was great! I called this company due to my sump pump going out. The person I spoke to was very helpful and got me an appointment the next day. I have had so many issues with other companies giving me a time frame and calling at the last minute that they won’t be there making me wait all day. This was NEVER the case with Carters! I had an appointment with Josh from 1-3 and not only did he call letting me know that he was coming but he was EARLY both days he came out! This company worked with me and I will definitely call them back for any future issues I might have!
